L1 will email LPA the date of training by 5 PM on 12/06/2024. L1 will have all preschool staff child grabbed by their pants on 10/28/2024 by S1; this poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in-care. 8 attend the training and sign an attendance log.

This requirement was not met as evidenced 1 Owner Stigelmayer (L1) will conduct training with the preschool staff on supervision and will include the CDSS videos titled, "Supervising Children iin Child Care Centers." L1 will email LPA the date of training by 5 PM on 12/06/2024. L1 will have all preschool staff by S1 looking at her cell phoneon 10/28/2024 and not maintaining visual observation of the children. These 2 actions poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in-care. 8 attend the training and sign an attendance log.
