Director Vasquez (D1) will create a diapering policy for staff members which will include having 2 or more staff members present for visual observation of the classroom. D1 will review this policy with all infant staff and have staff members sign the policy as 1 staff member diaper changing while 2 infants did not recieve direct visual supervision, resulting in an injury, on 01/03/2025. This poses/posed an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 aknoweldgement. D1 will email LPA the signatures by 5 pm on 01/14/2025.
