Director will remove, replace or repair outlet R and will submit plan of correction by 02/20/2023. This requirement is not met evidenced by record review of the lab report analysis from Outlet R per report . However facility's lab results and lic 999 list outlet as S(ALE 47 outside water fountain) taken on 12/03/2022.
