Facility agrees to conduct staff training with all staff, including subject staff member, to ensure understanding and compliance with children’s personal rights, appropriate behavior guidance practices, and proper child supervision requirements. The investigation's evidence revealed that a staff member engaged in inappropriate physical handling of a child during a transition period, resulting in a visible scratch to the child’s arm. 8 Training will include review of Title 22 regulations, prohibited physical handling, and acceptable child redirection techniques. Facility administration shall provide proof of completed training and implement ongoing oversight measures to ensure continued compliance.
