This requirement has not been met by evidence: An interview revealed that a class was left out of ratio when a staff followed another child to prevent them from leaving the facility. This is considered as an 1 Director spoke to their District Leader and Inclusion Services to better prepare staff. LPA will return to clear the deficiency. immediate risk to the children in care. 8
