This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director will submit a written plan of correction stating measures to be taken in order to be in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and avoid any Personal Rights violations by 5/5/2022 via fax (805) 685-1820 or email to dean.thompson@dss.ca.gov Teacher was observed pulling mats from underneath Child (C1) and Child (C2) while both children were asleep, causing children to roll off the cot, onto the floor and interupting their sleep. This poses as a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8
