Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the childrens garden area, was temporarily made off limits last annual and licensee was to address weeds, dried foliage and hazardous areas within the garden area- it remians off limits and overgrowth of dried weeds adn foliage are present, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, the indoor and outdoor activity space had little age appropriate toys and materials in good condition in enough quantiy for the children in care, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
