staff and the Director. 1 The Director stated she immediately wrote up the staff and placed them on probation for the incident with child #1. The Director will conduct an in-service to staff on care and supervision and will submit proof of in-service by 03/10/2022. The Director will also submit a written plan on how the facility On 02/18/2022 at 5:34 PM, a twenty month old child #1 was left unattended outside in the enclosed play yard for approximately twenty seconds until staff noticed after they were transitioning back to the classroom. The staff went back to retrieve the child. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8 will ensure that this type of incident does not occur again and will submit the written plan along with the in-service to staff to the Licensing Office by 03/20/2022. The appeal rights were discussed and provided.
