By end of 10/6/21 Director agreed to: 1. submit written statement with her interpretation and understanding of regulation on Personal Rights. Per investigation, Staff 1 (S1) pulled Child 1's (C1) hair and in another incident hit Child 2 (C2) on the head. This is a violation of personal rights and an immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.6 8 2. By 10/16/21 conduct all staff training to discuss personal rights, how to manage difficult behavior and watch videos on these topics on CCL website www.ccld.ca.gov. Submit proof of training held to CCL.
