Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as that faucet I, tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 9.100 ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
Based on observation, record review, and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in all staff do not have current Mandated Reporter Child Care Provider (AB1207) training completed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
