Director stated she will find a new pest control company and clean the current droppings throughout the facility. a)The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs... (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirment was not met as evidence by... 1 Director stated she will make sure all rooms have the appropriate staff and eyes are on the children at all time. 8) (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:... (8) To receive or reject medical care, or health-related services, except for minors for whom a guardian.... This requirment has not been met as evidence by... 1 Director stated if a child does need medicine she will ensure the child does get their medical need. Director stated she will be hosting a training on the procedures of medicine intake and will provide signatures o employees who attended and will provide proof to LPA Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in explorer room-saw dust as if rodent is digging through the cabinet to the left of the sink where the snacks, cups are held (photo taken) discovery room-rodent trap to the right of the sink and rodent droppings found (photo taken) which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in, child #3 does not have LIC627 emergency consent form on file at time of inspection, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
