Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the Challenger room had a rodent sticky trap and droppings were observed under the sink, rodent and/or vermin droppings were observed to the left of the back door and an entrance for the rodents and or vermin to enter was observed. (photo taken) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
