Based on observation, LPA observed roddent droppings in the Journey classroom on top of teacher cabinet, under the classroom sink near rodent/verment trap and in the far back corner under the nap cots. Droppings were also found in the Voyage classroom, near extra childrens clothes. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 of the 3 classrooms. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed rodent droppings udner the sink next to the drain. Under the sink the drywall was visibly cut and exposing entry to the inside of the wall where more droppings were visible. Director sated the faucet has been replaced and will not be used until it is retested and no longer has a lead exceedance. Director will provide retest results to LPA. LPA Peebles and Rubio received the facilities water testing results taken on 1/9/2023 for Sink Faucet in classroom 5 (Journey classroom) with an Action Level Exceedance higher than the allowable limit.
