Based on record review, the Lic. did not comply with the above directive; the kitchen sink tested with ALE. This poses as a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. said children in care do not use the kitchen sink and are given alternative potable water, by using water coolers. Staff said parents will be notified of the lead exceedances via email and/or letter. The outlet was retested on 05/10/2023 to have no lead concentration above the appropriate level. This deficiency has been cleared.
