Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision- No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. The above requirement was not met as 1 The licensee agreed to review the importance of supervision of children at all times, and reviewing/updating the procedure of children’s dropping off and pick up time with staff. evidenced by staff not noticing a 3-year-old child exiting the classroom to the parking lot, being left unattended for approximately 60 feet away from the classroom for a couple of minutes until found by A1, and A2 in the parking lot. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. Licensee, Luisa Tanzil will send a statement with staff’s signatures acknowledging the above licensing requirement to LPA by the due date of 5/29/2025.
