Deficiency was cleared today. This requirement is not me at evidenced by Based on inspection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above. The drinking fountain A and C tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 100UG/L and 15 UG/L respectively. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
