Based on interview with Options staff, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above inwhich poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA was not provided verification of Lead testing. According to Staff, current water source is being provided by the school cafeteria. Britta water filter is used which does not meet the requirements for Lead testing.
