Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the facility, LPA did not observe a carbon monoxide detector. Director stated they did not have a carbon monoxide detector present and was unsure if the carbon monoxide detector was built into the fire system which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
