Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the 1 Per facility representative, the Center currently has zero enrolled children. The Center will submit a plan to the Department regarding this citation by January 9, 2026 section cited above when the Center did not complete the lead testing on the sinks which were utilized by the children for the brushing of teeth prior to the COVID 19 Pandemic. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
