Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA requested to speak with the Site Supervisor and was informed they had been absent for over 30 days and the designee had assumed the Site Supervisor duties until further notice. This information was never reported to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
