Based on interviews, observations, record review, Child 1 (C1) was left unattended outside of classroom 606 near the gate leading to the south parking lot. C1 was not provided care and supervision during that time which is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the facility did not meet the lead testing deadline and was lead tested on July 29, 2023 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
