Surveillance footage shows staff grabbing C1 by the arm to pick them up and redirect them to various areas of the classroom. Staff reported they were unaware that C1 was not fully using their left arm when they handled them. This is an immediate risk the personal rights and health and safety of children in care. Director will provide a written statement to CCL of the plan of correction by plan of correction date.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 4 out of 4 files that were reviewed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA and Facility Representative toured infant/toddler classrooms and observed 3 out of 4 classrooms had a thermostat reading under the 68-degree F minimum regulatory guidelines for classrooms. Ths is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 it is properly functioning. Director will submit Plan of Correction to CCL by POC date- 9/13/24.
