Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 regulation. Director confirmed that classroom A2 which was not on license terms, was being used for preschool program and the facility has not utilized room B4 for preschool in the past 3 years, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
