C1 was left unattended in inside Classroom A1 on 2/3/2025, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. This is a zero-tolerance violation, an immediate civil penalty of $500 was assessed during the inspection.
The facility replaced faucet "S", made it inacessible to children, and flushed the faucet for 4 weeks. Retesting of the faucet was completed by Adviro on 9/22/2022 and the lead level was measured at 3ppb, within safe limits for the facility. Lead water testing conducted at Stratford School produced Action Level Exceedance of 92.0 ppb for Faucet "S" which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. 8 The POC has been corrected at the facility and the faucet is safe to be used by children.
