(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs...(1)No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). 1 The CCC will implement a new policy, that designates the review of camera footage responsibility, to a CCC staff member whenever the CCC director is not present at the facility. A second policy will be implemented. This policy will require every staff memeber who leaves before CCC pick up time... Based on interviews and record review, the CCC did not comply with the section cited above, on 3/27/2025, C1 was left without care and supervsion for approximately 45 minutes. 8 will need to sign a document, verifying all the children who are signed in or present at their designated classrooms are accounted for. The CCC Director will implement the two new policy's in the staff hand book and email a copy of the staff handbook to german.negrete@dss.ca.gov

(e) An aide shall work only under the direct supervision of a teacher... This regulation was not met. LPA conducted interviews and gathered documents that determined S3 was alone supervising preschool children... 1 The center will need to submit schedules two weeks in advance to all staff starting with the 12/02/2024 to 12/13/2024. The Director will submit the shedules to CCLD via the following email: german.negrete@dss.ca.gov This occured on 11/4/2024 at approximetly 2PM at the center. 8

Based on interviews and record review which revealed staff #2 inappropriately disciplined child #6 and child #7 by pulling on their hair as a form discipline. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Personal Rights: Staff pulled a child's hair
