Facility plans on purchasing stairs to assist staff with guiding the infant/toddlers onto the changing tables and submit photos to CCL by 5/17/24. Based on observations and interviews, staff are not utilizing the changing table in the toddler classroom (18-30 Months), which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
