Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as three outlets out of fourteen outlets tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 cleaned and has been retested. Director will continue to provide the status and updates regarding the formal report for the outlets that had been retested. Director will email LPA report within 30 days by 07/21/23.
