This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on staff interviews, it has been determined staff did not prevent C1... 1 Director stated after being informed of the incident, a work order was placed to have outlet cover boxes installed on the outlets inside the classrooms. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During indoor physical plant inspection, LPA observed classroom C and classroom D, did not have sufficient quantity of variety of age-appropriate equipment, toys and materials. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

During review of stored medication, LPA observed 6 out of 6 children's medication stored in the medication box that belong to children who no longer attend at the facility and/or no longer need the medication. Based on interviews and record reviews, facility enrolled C7 who was under the age of two (infant) in the Early Preschool classroom.
