101219 Admission Agreements (f) The licensee shall comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the admission agreement. This requirement was not met evidenced by: The Director states that Director will update the Parent's Handbook regarding terminating services for the children in care. The Director will make sure to provide written notice to parents/guardians of any future changes to the program and will send LPA the updated Parent’s Handbook to LPA by due date. Based on LPA’s interviews and record reviews, Director admitted that the facility did not schedule/conduct a meeting with C1’s parent before terminating services for C1, which posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. 8
