Based on interviews conducted, C1 was watching inappropriate videos while C2 was present, resulting in P2 disclosing C2 experiencing an interference with functions of daily living. 8 Per Director a copy of all covered materials, an agenda, and a sign in sheet with all staff names was provided to LPA MAguirre at the time of inspection on 02/17/2026.

LPA received Participant Guide for the training. Director will ensure that childrens personal rights are being protected by giving teachers Based on interviews and records reviewed, staff did not protect childrens personal rights from being violated by Child #1 8 additional training once a month regarding dealing with childrens behaviors. Director states she will connect with Inclusion Services to prevent maladaptive behaviors and ensure childrens personal rights.
