Based on a complaint report, during interviews with 16 staff, one adult, 8 1 The director agreed to have a staff training regarding reminding the personal rights of children to staff. The agenda and staff’s signatures acknowledging understanding personal rights of children will be emailed to LPA’s email address by preschool children, 5 staff disclosed to LPA that S3 has yelled at children and has used inappropriate words in a foreign language in the presence of children in the classroom and on the playground frequently. 8 the due date of 9/22/2025.
