This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Director will go over personal rights in a staff meeting and have employees sign the document. Director stated they will email a copy to LPA. Based on staff interviews, S1 stated there were times, the children were greeted by S1 with a hug or kiss in a welcoming manner. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety and personal rights of children in care. 8

This requirement was not met as evidence by statements provided by staff and Director stated that since the incident has occurred she has conducted a meeting with all staff regarding discipline policy and personal rights of the children. Director stated that she will send out a memo to school age staff as a reminder and include LPA in email stella.gutierrez@dss.ca.gov stated that the staff yell at the children in care. This violates the personal rights of the children in care and poses a potential risk. 8
