Based on interview & record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that during the facility tour, there were 2 staff members in an infant classroom with 8 infants present and 1 of them was identified as an Infant Teacher. Upon reviewing the file, they did not have 3 postsecondary semester units related to the care of infants, from an accredited or approved college or university. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director has already replaced the water fountain on outlet B was removed and E was replaced and is waiting to be restested. the sink will be used by staff and children for hand washing only. Director will submit new test results once received by POC date Based on records review of required lead testing, the facility had lead values of 5.5 ppb or above on water outlets: B (12 ppb) & E (6.3 ppb). This is a potential health and safety risk to persons in care. 8
