Prior to today's inspection the center has notified the parents of the child effected. The facility has completed a total of three training's on care and supervision, discipline, children's personal rights, as well as classroom management. Proof of training's submitted to CCL by the POC date. LPA reviewed classroom surveillance video, which shows a teacher forcefully handling a child. The staff member grabbed the child by the arms, lifting the child off the ground. This poses an immediate risk to health, safety and personal rights of children in care. 8 Upon receipt, licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months.
