Based on staff interviews and observations, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was no kitchen sink in the facility which poses as a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on a record review, the Lic. didn't comply with the above directive; Room 1 sink tested with an ALE. This poses as a potential Health & Safety risk to children in care. 8 water, by using alternate outlets, specifically water cooler. Director said parents were notified of the lead exceedances via letter and posting. On 05/10/2023, the outlet was retested to be within appropriate levels. This deficiency has been cleared.
