Staff-Infant Ratio. There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. This requirement was not met as evident by: 1 One of the staff brought the infant to the back room where there was only 3 infants with one staff. Based on observation and interview, LPA observed on 08/31/2022 that there were 8 infants with 2 staff. A child was getting dropped off. There were two staff with nine children, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 No POC was created since facility closed on 09/15/2022.

Staff-Infant Ratio. There shall be one teacher to every 12 sleeping infants provided the remaining staff necessary to meet the ratios specified in (b) above are immediately available at the center. This requirement is not met as evident by: 1 By POC 07/18/2022, facility will submit written plan on how they were ensure that they are within ratio at all times when they have children who are awake and asleep to Licensing. Based on observation, LPA observed that there was five infant with one staff. Four out of the five were awake and one was in the crib sleeping. Assistant Director moved one of the child to the toddler room. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. 8
