Based on observation, LPA observed at 10:15AM that the door to the bathroom was half closed and there were children inside. Staff had walked away then walked back to the door of the bathroom. At 10:18AM, LPA observed that were children in the room next to the bathroom in the Sky Voyagers rooms. The staff was standing at the door of the bathroom. Staff is unable to see children around the corner, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 Licensee stated that she will conduct training with staff and send meeting notes along with staff who attended training.
