Caregiver was supervising 20 children with another caregiver with an inactive background check.

Employee records were not scanned into the electronic records and were not available.

The sign in and out logs were reviewed during today's inspection. Eighteen children were signed in on the third grade log, however, seventeen children were present. Note: This was corrected during inspection.

Records were evaluated for ten children enrolled and the following was determined: Four children needed emergency contact information. Nine children needed emergency care information. One child needed release persons. One child needed a food allergy emergency plan. One child needed a statement of food allergies.

A caregiver responsible for a group of 15 1st grade students was present with no eligible background check. A caregiver responsible for a group of 28 4th and 5th grade students was present with no eligible background check. A caregiver responsible for a group of 32 Pre-K and Kinder students was present with no eligible background check.

A food allergy emergency plan is needed for one child enrolled.

A caregiver responsible for a group of children was unaware of the number of children responsible for. The caregiver stated eight children were present, however the caregiver was responsible for twelve children.

During this inspection students were seen walking out of the cafeteria area unsupervised. The students were seen walking down the hallway alone to meet their parents at the front desk.
