Based on LPA's observations of two preschool classrooms during naptime, staff could not sucessfully redirect children who chose not to nap but refused to do a quiet activity, who were making loud noise with toys or wandering into the restroom to flush the toilets.
Based on staff interviews, staff have been out of ratio in their classroom on many occasions. This poses an immediate safety risk for the children in care.
Based on record reviewed, the facility representative did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 8 staff files, 1 staff did not have immunizations records readily available for review which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
