101438.1(b) Infant Care General Sanitation - Each caregiver shall wash his/her hands with soap and water before each feeding and after each diaper change. 1 Director will provide staff with an updated memo on diaper change procedures (identify procedures) and have staff sign off on understanding procedures. Based on observation, Staff 1 and 2 did not wash hands after diaper change, which poses a potential Health or Safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Director will provide LPA copy of memo with signatures by 10/31/22.

101238(g) above shall not be stored in food-storage areas or in storage areas used by or for children. 1 Licensee Narin removed the items durring the inspection. Licensee will submit a plan of correction to the department on 3/30/22. LPAs Wheatley & Thompson toured the facility and observed food on the same shelf with chemicals. LPAs observed two spray chemicals on the shelf with food. This is a Type A violation. 8
