Based on interviews and records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 was left unattended in the Toddler yard, which poses/posed an immedate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 care during today's inspection. LPA Parsapour will place a referral for this CCC to the Technical Support Program (TSP). An immediate Civil Penalty of $500 was assessed pertaining to this deficiency.
Based on record review and interview with Director, the CCC did not comply with the regulation cited above in that one (1) water faucet exceeded the Action Level Exceedance per regulations. 8 faucet. Director shall notify parents of children enrolled and shall continue providing bottled water to children in care. Director shall submit a written plan of correction no later than 5/25/2026.
